2. Chemical deburring and Dongguan hardware processing use electrochemical reaction principle to automatically and selectively deburr parts made of metal materials. It can be widely used for deburring of pump body, valve body, connecting rod, plunger needle valve coupling and other parts made of different metal materials in pneumatic, hydraulic, engineering machinery, nozzle oil pump, automobile, engine and other industries. It is applicable to internal burrs that are difficult to remove, parts after heat treatment and finish machining.
3. Electrolytic deburring is an electrochemical machining method, which uses electrolysis to deburr metal parts. Fix the east cathode and the west cathode near the burred part of the workpiece, with a certain gap between them. The conductive part of the east and west cathodes is aligned with the edge of the burr, and other surfaces are covered with an insulating layer to concentrate the electrolysis on the burr. During processing, the east and west cathode are connected to the negative pole of the DC power supply, and the workpiece is connected to the positive pole of the DC power supply.
